After being arrested for alleged lewd act, Fred Willard has finally spoken about the incident, calling it a “big misunderstanding.”

Sorry guys, but it's just a big fat misunderstanding!
The actor, best-known for being a dog-show announcer in the film Best In Show, was supposedly caught with his pants down in an adult movie theater in Hollywood.
Undercover officers were making just a random walk-through in the Tiki Theater when they spotted the 72-year-old (who appeared to be alone) engaging in the act.
More about the unpleasant event we’ve learned from a TMZ cameraman, who caught Fred on his way into (and out of) his lawyer’s office in Los Angeles on Thursday.
When asked about the arrest, Willard told the cameraman that there is a “difference of opinion” and that’s “all being straightened out.”
While Willard denied his wrongdoing, his lawyer Paul Takakjian refused to make any comments, saying he was gathering more information.
What had truly happened we may never find out, but one thing is for sure, this incident won’t affect Willard’s job in any way.
ABC plans to continue broadcasting its series Trust Us With Your Life, which is hosted by Willard and he is also said to star in an upcoming comedy titled The Yank.
