Australian Olympic diver Matthew Mitcham wanted to kill some time while in the Olympic village, and how did he do it?
Well, he sang Beyonce‘s hit song “Single Ladies”, while strumming a ukulele.
Now, that’s certainly one way to kill time!

Regarding his performance at this year’s Olympics, Mitcham, who took home a gold medal at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing said:
He went on to say: “That takes away the pressure of expectation, because I don’t need to prove myself. I’ve already done it. Now I can just compete and just enjoy the competition, which is when I tend to compete best anyway.”
And in case you didn’t know, Matthew Mitcham shocked the world twice in 2008, first coming out of the closet as a gay Olympian, then performing the highest-scoring dive in Olympic history to win gold! Win!
