Judging by the image above, it appears that the Snow White and the Huntsman director and his model wife are at least speaking to each other now.

However, it is still in question whether Ross and Sanders amicably broke after their first meeting together.
TMZ reports that the two met at a nearby office building (no one’s using the L-word—lawyer—yet), so it’s unclear if they just happened to be seen in front of an eatery.
“Liberty and Rupert have not decided if they are going to stay together or not,” a family source told E! News last week.
“It’s too early to say what they’re going to do. They have lot of stuff to sort out. No decisions have been made.”
Liberty, on the other hand, was seen without a ring on her finger when she was spotted out in L.A. yesterday.

An insider told Daily Mail that Rupert is willing to do absolutely anything and everything he can to save his marriage.
“He realizes that this is the worst mistake of his life, and he cannot believe he was so stupid. And the thought of losing his wife and children, who he loves more than anything in the world is killing him.”
